What You’ll Be Doing

- Concept development and execution of the creative from inception through to completion on assigned brands and individual projects. Which means that whether the content is long or short form, you will be required to take ownership of the end product.

- Be the Copy custodian of the project and partner with Content Strategists, Art Directors to conceptualize and develop creative solutions that are in tune with the voice of the brand

- Pro-actively pitch ideas that can help creatively leverage the digital-first nature of the audience landscape that faces us today.

- As an agency we want to raise our creative bar substantially. So you will be expected to champion higher order ideas through kickass copy, content and visualization for the brands we work on.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Should have experience in researching about clients, competitors and target audience

·         Produce original, clear and credible ideas/messages/scripts

·         Expertise in writing skills, editing and proofreading

·         Ability to write concise, attention – grabbing and hard – hitting scripts

·         Updating and amending campaigns

·         Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and present ideas

·         Build lead and review work of the content team in the production of all web, print, social media and digital marketing collateral

·         Spearhead and manage strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content, and technology

·         Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, content, social media experts

·         Conceptualize, Review and approve art and content developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges. Think ideas and work towards implementing the same.

 


Location: Mumbai based candidates will be preferred.

Preference will be given to candidates who can join us immediately

Requirements:

- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience Into Copy (Advertising Industry is preferred).

- Someone who can join immediately.

- Needs to be from digital agency background.

- Someone with the flexibility to switch between several projects at once.

- Superb visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solutions.

- Interpersonal & Presentation Skills.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the creative process from concept to completion.

• Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams.

• Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral.

• Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met.

• Oversee client pitches and proposals.

• Oversee profitability, deliverables, timelines and budgets.

• Meet with clients or upper management to explain campaign strategies and solutions.

• Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams.

• Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff.

• Manage and cultivate the career development of staff members, including designers, art directors, copywriters, photographers and web developers.
